| overview | 4-aminopiperidine dihydrochloride is a widely used drug intermediate. it is widely used in drug synthesis of 4-aminopiperidine dihydrochloride. there are mainly the following three synthesis methods: ① electrochemical reduction method; (2) oxime reduction method; (3) amination hydrogenation of skeleton cobalt or nickel. The electrochemical reduction process is easy to achieve continuous, mild conditions, but high energy consumption, equipment investment is large, it is difficult to achieve industrial production. The safety hazard of reducing metal sodium with oxime reduction method is greater, and the principle cost of using palladium/ammonium formate is higher. The amination hydrogenation method of skeleton cobalt or nickel has the advantages of less catalyst dosage, good selectivity and high yield, but it needs to be carried out in an autoclave, and the catalyst nickel is prone to poisoning and failure, which is not conducive to production operations. |

For example, it is used in the production of high-content and high-stability insoluble sulfur for rubber, including the following steps:(1) the sulfur and terpene are mixed evenly and then added to the reactor, so that the air in the reactor is completely removed, and the vacuum degree is below-0.06atm;(2) Raise the temperature of the reactor to 500-520 ℃, keep the temperature for 10-15min, then raise the temperature to 600-620 ℃, keep the temperature for 20-25min, and the gas is sprayed into the quenching liquid;(3) The obtained viscoelastic substance is dried and solidified, crushed and sieved to obtain crude powder;(4) Pour the crude powder into the extractant, and the extractant is tetrachloroethylene and xylene according to the mass ratio of 1:0.5-2.5 Mix, extract and dry;(5) Crush the dried fine product and sift, add a composite stabilizer of 4-aminopiperidine dihydrochloride, isoprene, and sodium dihydrogen phosphate, and then fill it with oil; the invention uses gasification method to prepare insoluble sulfur, and by adding different kinds of stabilizers before gasification, extraction and oil filling, the product has excellent stability with high insoluble sulfur content. |
